This year, 12 cases were nominated from across the corporation.
The award-winning cases this time include efforts that utilize digital tools to increase convenience, such as building a system that allows application procedures and other tasks that were previously done on paper to be completed online, and the establishment of a mechanism to allow smooth online information sharing between faculty and staff, sustainable efforts that have achieved a paperless system, and efforts in which faculty and staff work together to improve work efficiency, all of which contribute to work style reform from a variety of perspectives.

In particular, the Academic Affairs Department, which won the Work Practice of the Year (Grand Prize), was recognized for its efforts to significantly improve convenience for both staff and students, while closely coordinating with multiple departments within the institution, which led to its award.

The 28rd Work Practice of the Year Awards Ceremony was also held on Friday, June XNUMX. At the ceremony, after a speech from Secretary-General Noma, who is also the head of the Work Style Reform Promotion Headquarters, the Chairman presented the certificates and prizes for the four awards, including the Work Practice of the Year award, to the representatives of the groups that implemented the initiatives.

We will continue to promote these initiatives across the entire corporation and aim to create a comfortable workplace.
