Student Study Abroad Support Fund (Study Support Fund)

Request for support for the Student Overseas Study Support Fund (Study Support Fund)

In order to cultivate individuals who can think for themselves from a global perspective and carve out new paths for the future, our university is actively working to support students who wish to study abroad.
However, in recent years, the cost of studying abroad has risen sharply due to rising global prices, placing a greater burden on students who wish to study abroad, making it difficult for them to travel abroad.
We would appreciate your kind support so that as many students as possible can have the opportunity to interact with students from overseas and experience the culture and lifestyle of other countries through study abroad and other opportunities, thereby gaining valuable experiences that broaden their horizons and knowledge.

Benefits for donors

In the case of donations from individuals

Due to tax reforms in fiscal 28, donations from individuals to educational support programs implemented by national university corporations and other institutions are now eligible for a "tax deduction" in addition to the previous "income deduction."
Donations to our university's "Academic Support Fund" fall under the above category, so when filing your tax return, donors are asked to choose either the income deduction or tax credit, whichever is more advantageous.

Tax credit
This is a system that allows individuals to directly deduct a certain percentage of their donations from their income tax. Since it is directly deducted from the amount of income tax regardless of the tax rate, for many people it has a greater tax reduction effect than income deductions.

Precautions

・If you donate using the donation form, the receipt will be issued approximately 2 to 3 months after the application date (settlement date).
If you wish to apply using a method other than the donation form, please contact us with your inquiries.
