Please support us in supporting students with disabilities.
When students need support with their studies or life on campus due to a disability, our university offers a variety of services, including Braille or ink translation for visually impaired students, face-to-face readings and mobility assistance, note-taking and transcription for hearing impaired students, campus mobility assistance for physically disabled students, and support with online classes for students with mental or developmental disabilities.
However, in recent years, support needs have become more diverse and the number of students requiring support has increased. In order to respond to these needs and ensure that the necessary support is provided on an ongoing basis, it is necessary to create a system for providing a variety of support.
We appreciate your kind support in creating and maintaining a campus where people with disabilities can coexist together by participating on an equal footing with people without disabilities.

Main uses of donations
Your support will be used for the following initiatives:
・Support for students with disabilities
We will provide equipment to meet the needs of students who require support, such as for translation into Braille or ink, transcription, and support for online classes.
・Training and dispatching support staff for people with disabilities
The funds will be used to train student support staff and cover the costs of their activities to provide academic and daily living support to students who need it.
Benefits for donors

Tax incentives
Individuals who donate 2,000 yen or more are eligible for a donation deduction on their "income tax" and "resident tax" in some areas. In addition, individuals who support the project are eligible for a "tax deduction."

In the case of donations from individuals
Due to tax reforms in fiscal 28, donations from individuals to educational support programs implemented by national university corporations and other institutions are now eligible for a "tax deduction" in addition to the previous "income deduction."
Donations to our university's "Academic Support Fund" fall under the above category, so when filing your tax return, donors are asked to choose either the income deduction or tax credit, whichever is more advantageous.
Tax credit
This is a system that allows individuals to directly deduct a certain percentage of their donations from their income tax. Since it is directly deducted from the amount of income tax regardless of the tax rate, for many people it has a greater tax reduction effect than income deductions.
Precautions
・If you donate using the donation form, the receipt will be issued approximately 2 to 3 months after the application date (settlement date).
If you wish to apply using a method other than the donation form, please contact us with your inquiries.
