・SD (Staff Development) training is conducted to improve the qualifications of employees of higher education institutions (universities and technical colleges). In addition, we actively utilize training programs sponsored by other institutions and organizations to develop and improve the abilities of university staff.
・In order to develop employees who will be responsible for the internationalization of the corporation and improve their language skills, we are implementing an overseas training program and sending several employees to North America and Asia for several weeks.
On-the-job training (OJT)
- Tutor system (New employees are assigned a tutor, who provides one-on-one training for new employees.Tutors support new employees by providing guidance through daily work and providing consultation as senior employees.)
Self-development support system
<Language training (English)> One-on-one English conversation lessons will be provided.
<Support for acquiring qualifications> We will support the costs required for self-development in order to acquire qualifications. We designate various qualifications as eligible for support, from administrative skills (MOS) common to employees to specialized skills.
<Course Attendance Support> We will support the cost of attending courses offered by other universities.
<Self-initiated training support> We support voluntary training that is planned by employees themselves and undertaken outside of working hours.
<Support for improving English proficiency> In order to improve English proficiency, we will support the cost of attending an English conversation school of the employee's choice or taking correspondence courses.
