To everyone aiming to become a regular employee of a public university corporation in Tokyo
Greetings
Tokyo Metropolitan University Corporation is a public university corporation that operates two universities and one technical college, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Tokyo Metropolitan Graduate University of Industrial Technology, and Tokyo Metropolitan College of Industrial Science and Technology, each with its own unique characteristics, in the capital Tokyo. In order to fulfill our corporate mission of ``pursuing the ideal image of human society in a metropolis,'' we, as a ``public institution of society'' that cultivates the human resources who will lead the next generation of Tokyo, are committed not only to the citizens of Tokyo but also to the world. I would like to make a positive contribution. The fourth medium-term plan started in 2025, and while corporations are working to select and concentrate their limited resources, each university and technical college is leveraging their own characteristics to practice higher-quality education, research, and social contribution. We need to continue to do so. In order to steadily promote the fourth mid-term plan and make further progress as an attractive university/technical college, we need staff who work together with faculty members to tackle issues strategically and effectively and support the corporation. Existence is essential. Among these, the role of regular employees, who will be responsible for the future of the corporation, is very important. We are looking for people with the spirit and power to support universities and technical colleges and create the future of corporations. I am sure that you will be able to find yourself growing as the company grows.

Salary, etc.
Salaries, etc. will be paid based on the rules and regulations of the corporation. In addition, if salary revisions are made before employment, the revised salary will apply.
The corporation plans and implements training in a systematic and planned manner based on a "human resources development program" that presents goals for each job level and the abilities and skills required for each job level. Staff training at corporations is based on three pillars: off-the-job training, on-the-job training (OJT), and self-training, and through detailed human resource development, we develop "professional staff" for the management of universities and technical colleges.
Promotion selection Promotion selection will be conducted by job level (supervisor level, section manager level, section manager level, general manager level).
Eligible persons In principle, employees who have at least 6 years of work experience at their current level are eligible. In addition, for employees who have years of experience (*) in private companies etc. before being appointed as regular employees, there is a system in which those years of experience can be added up to the number of years of work experience.
(*) Years of experience at a private company, etc. refers to the number of years of experience at a private company, the number of years of experience as a full-time contract employee or part-time contract employee at a corporation, and the number of years enrolled in a graduate school. Please note that the total number of years of experience in private companies, etc. may vary depending on the industry/job type and number of working hours per week.
