Vision of Tokyo Public University Corporation
Tokyo Metropolitan University Corporation is a public university corporation that operates two universities and one technical college, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Tokyo Metropolitan Graduate University of Industrial Technology, and Tokyo Metropolitan College of Industrial Science and Technology, each with its own unique characteristics, in the capital Tokyo.

As a "public institution of society" that trains the human resources who will lead the next generation of Tokyo, we would like to contribute not only to the citizens of Tokyo, but also to the world.
The fourth medium-term plan started in 2025, and while corporations are working to select and concentrate their limited resources, each university and technical college is leveraging their own characteristics to practice higher-quality education, research, and social contribution. We need to continue to do so.
In order to steadily promote the 4th mid-term plan and make further progress as an attractive university/technical college, we need staff who work together with faculty members to tackle issues strategically and effectively and support the corporation. Existence is essential.
Among these, the role of regular employees, who will be responsible for the future of the corporation, is very important. We are looking for people with the spirit and power to support universities and technical colleges and create the future of corporations.
Desired staff image
The socio-economic situation is changing rapidly, and the situation surrounding higher education institutions is becoming even more difficult. Corporation-specific employees who will play a central role in future corporate management will be required to have a variety of qualities in order to support education and research.
