• Q3. I would like to decline the bid.

  If you wish to decline a bid, please submit a notice of decline. (If you do not submit a notice of withdrawal, you will not be allowed to attend.) The format of the notice of decline is free. You can also write "Decline" in the amount column of the bid form (fill in the subject, address, date (bid date), address, representative's name, etc., affix the seal of the representative or designated agent, and write " (Please indicate "Declined.") When bidding using Business Chance Navi 2020, please select decline and register during the bidding period.

• Q4. If there are multiple bids scheduled for the same period, can I apply for multiple bids at the same time?

  Is possible. In that case, please indicate your desired ranking in the designated area on the preference form.

• Q5. If I submit a request form, will I be able to participate in the bidding unconditionally?

  It is necessary to meet the application requirements established for each case. In addition, even if a request form is submitted, it does not necessarily mean that you will be able to participate in the bid, such as when there are a large number of bidders.

Construction

• Q1. Can the planned engineers be changed midway?

  Changes can be made up until bid opening.

• Q2. Will the achievements to be recorded in the construction performance report be the achievements of the engineer who is listed on the preference form?

  Normally, please enter your company's achievements (not the engineer's achievements). However, depending on the project, we may require the engineer's track record. In that case, please check the published information.

• Q3. Does XX (specific construction work content) qualify as an achievement?

  The construction results will be reviewed based on those listed in the construction record and for which supporting documents such as contracts have been submitted. If you have any questions, please write them down and we will check them here. Please be sure to report any construction work for which this corporation is the contracting party (work completed after the beginning of the fiscal year (April 1st), which falls three years before the date of publication).

• Q4. Can JV projects be included in the construction performance report?

  You may also include JV projects. In that case, please state your company's ratio and attach documents that confirm that it meets the application requirements.

• Q5. What should be written in the "Construction in progress" section of the Construction Request Form and Planned Supervising Engineer Report?

  Please describe the construction work currently being carried out at your company to the extent possible. (There are no conditions such as construction type or scale.)
