Article 41, paragraph 1 of the Tokyo Metropolitan Information Disclosure Ordinance requires that implementing agencies create a document catalog necessary for searching public documents and make it available for public use. To properly organize and preserve documents acquired and created by the Tokyo Metropolitan University Corporation, we have created a document search catalog that shows the document management standards established by each department (office) and administrative director.
We provide information on the procedures for disclosing personal information in accordance with the Enforcement Ordinance of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.
