Regarding donations in general

Q1. What are the application methods?

A1. There are two ways to apply: online and through an application form.

You can access online from your computer, mobile phone, smartphone, etc., and use it anywhere and anytime. Online application (donation form) here.

Q2. Where can I find the application form?

A2. Please download it from our website and send it to us. here.

Q3. I would like to make regular donations. Is this possible?

A3. Yes, you can (credit card payments only). You can donate a fixed amount on a regular basis, such as monthly or annually. You can apply online (donation form).

Q4. Where can I send a message of support?

A4. If you apply online, we will send you an email with a message of support after you have completed the application process.
If using the application form, please fill in the notes section.

Q5. Can I make a bequest donation?

A5. Yes, it is possible. Please contact us first.

Regarding receipts and preferential treatment under tax law

Q6. Can I receive tax benefits (such as donation deductions)?

A6. Donations to our university are eligible for tax benefits. For more information, please see here.

Q7. I lost my receipt. Can I have it reissued?

A7. Yes. However, words such as "copy" and "reissue" will be included.

Q8. Can I apply jointly with my family or friends?

A8. Joint applications are possible, but joint receipts cannot be used for tax returns. If you wish to claim a donation deduction, please apply separately.

Q9. I applied by credit card, but I haven't received a receipt.

A9. Receipts will be issued as soon as the company has confirmed payment from each credit card company. Therefore, it may take up to two months from the date of application (payment date) to receive a receipt.
If you apply after November, your receipt may not be issued until the following year. In this case, donations will be deducted for the following year.

Q10. I applied by bank transfer. Can I get a receipt?

A10. The receipt (transfer slip) issued at the ATM or at the bank counter, the confirmation screen when making a transaction via internet banking, and the article on the website( here.）You can use the output for deduction.

If you require a separate receipt, please contact us with ① your full name, ② furigana, ③ amount of donation, ④ date of donation, and ⑤ address.

Q11. I have donated more than 10 yen as an individual (more than 50 yen for corporations and organizations). I would like my name to be listed on the donor plaque and the large donor online plaque.

A11. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us at the address below with your ①name (full name), ②katakana (hiragana), ③donation amount, and ④donation date.
