If you have made a donation in the past and would like to have your name published, please send a copy of your receipt and a copy of a document verifying your name and address (such as a driver's license) to the Public Relations and Coordination Section, Planning and Finance Division, Management Planning Office, Tokyo Metropolitan University Corporation (2th floor, Shinjuku Monolith Building, 3-1-26 Nishi-Shinjuku, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo).
